Our Corporate Responsibility Plan.

With a great sense of responsibility towards our People, our Community and the Environment, we strive to make GC Farms a great place to work – a place where a bright future is within everyone’s reach. We also aim to do our part in growing thriving, healthy communities. To realize these goals, our Citizenship Plan focuses on these four areas:

1) PEOPLE: Our hardworking people are the cornerstone of our business. We’re dedicated to helping them live well and achieve their goals, knowing that their diverse talents make both our company and our community the best it can be. Some of the ways we look out for our people is through providing comprehensive health insurance, compensating well (our starting salary is $1.00 above CA min. wage), and by encouraging professional growth and acknowledging achievement through our employee recognition program.

2) CULTURE: As a family-owned business, it is of utmost importance to us that our culture fosters a healthy, happy and safe environment for all our people to work – one where each individual’s safety is a top priority, and one in which each individual feels respected and treated equally.
